Yes, it is not unusual to go over a outline twice....Many artists thicken their outlines by going ov them more that once for different visual effects, in fact some artists will gover an outline many times, hurts tho......TatuBaron It also puts more ink into the outline. Tattoos shed ink while they heal, so the more you put in the piece the longer the piece will stay dark and crisp.
Most any tattoo can be touched up or recolored by a professional tattooist... Tho keep in mind this may be a lil' more painful than the original piece, as now we are going over scar tissue. All a tattoo is a colored and shaped scar resulting from the application of the ink. Remember always see the professional tattooist, and dont be surprised when he suggests that you need a re-outlining.....90% of those who come to me for re-coloring really need an outline first for the color to stand out against........TatuBaron
Yes, your hair will grow back over the tattoo
it means plain and simple you want a tattoo go and get one dreams will be over with
Sounds like a Latin Kings tattoo, so yea. Even if it isn't, the association will be there, and it'd be a shame to get capped over a misunderstanding.
You have to wait for the tattoo to fully heal before you can get it tattooed over the top again.
i am not sure if it is or not, but when I went to the tattoo parlor and got a tattoo, he told me to buy some lubriderm and apply it twice a day
I'm not sure why this occurs, i'm currently having this happen now and was seeking an answer myself. I was bitten by a mosquito and the outline around my tattoo is raised like it was freshly done all over again. (Tattoo is 13 months old) Any answers would be greatly appreciated to curve my curiosity
yes they will go over it
You have to be eighteen or over to get a tattoo.
There are a lot of people all over the Internet who have claimed to die twice. Just tap it into a search engine and there will be multiple claims from different people about experiences and unusual medical circumstances where people have 'died twice'. I would provide some links but they are not permitted in answers ):
