Well, it depends if you are practicing drawing a character, I am a drawer myself and I have been working with animals for years, so it might take time to get it right.
also people as well I'm a drawer as well you have too try really hard to get it right i had to practicing few week to get everything right

∙ 11y agoYou can always draw a cartoon, it can be easy! Anything you draw can be a cartoon! But if you want to draw a character, it depends on your skills. For me, it's easy to draw Sonic the Hedgehog! I found my style, find yours and start drawing! XD

It takes a certain level of art skill to accomplish such a task. If you have no experience drawing, you will most likely not succeed for a while. but practice takes perfect. And anime is not always the same exact art style. So in reality, if you are planning on recreating a character from an anime,
