Posting Pictures of People at Nightclubs
If a person is identifiable a photo release is needed. If they are in a public park where numerous people are present they may be photographed with less recourse.
Since a nightclub has the right to restrict individuals for any reason and the venue is privately owned, you know that you have restricted access to use the facility. If you have a permit from the owner and patrons are advised that photographs may be taken then you are less at risk.
Ex. You go to a swimming pool and take a swim. Someone photographs you and posts your image on the web. You went to swim and having your photo taken was not on your mind when you went there. Say if the photo reveaved more of you than you knew was visible. You would have a case for suit and most likely win.
Illegal is whether or not it violates a law- and they vary place to place. In MOST cases, so long as you are not in a place where you would reasonably expect to be private, people may photograph you. walking down a public street- yes. Sitting in your bathtub- no.
Often times the venue will tell you upfront if they allow Photography during the concert & if they do its usually only with the small point and shoot cameras. Once you have a digital camera and a compatible memory chip, you can take almost countless pictures for no additional expense. As the memory chip fills up, you can upload it to a computer and then delete the files from the chip and keep taking more pictures without having to buy anything more. Disposable cameras have a limited number of pictures they can take on a strip of film. Often around 2 dozen pictures. When you have used up the film taking those few pictures, you need to buy another camera.

Some ways to learn about the past include studying historical documents, reading books written by historians, visiting museums and historical sites, and conducting research using primary sources. Listening to lectures or watching documentaries can also provide valuable insights into various historical events and time periods.

It depends. You can film people without their knowledge in public places or places where there is no expectation of privacy. Filming a person in their home without their knowledge would probably be considered criminal stalking.
