It is normal for teens to go through many different fears,because we go through chemical changes in the brain, and we start noticing different things about our bodies and our thoughts that we never paid attention to before we started becoming young adaults.Some teens react differently to these changes than others.The sad part of this whole experience is,some of us over think just about everything that enters our thoughts."We Panic".we tend to think the worst of the worst.If you have concerne,go get checked out by your dr.If your dr. tells you everything checked out saticefactory,My best advice to anyone going through anything like this is," learn to relax".panic attacks and stress come in many forms.Learn to recognise whats real and whats phsycosimatic.stress and panic attacks can actually cause you harm.I am speaking of personal experience,and i am one of the worst.Be sure to see your dr. After that, "relax". hope this helps.
