Not without an apostrophe.

The spelling its is a possessive adjective. E.g. We saw a cat and its kittens.
(As a possessive pronoun, it would be unwieldy)

The spelling it's is a contraction of the words "it is" or "it has."
E.g.
It's a long walk to town. (it is)
It's been two weeks since the storm. (it has)
His temper is bad, and it's gotten him into trouble. (it has)
