gouache. Gouache has more body and dries more slowly than watercolor paint. It is a good medium for creating bright colors and meticulous details and is often used for design and fine artwork.

Quache, or gouache, is a paint that combines a deep, highly concentrated color pigment, a stabilizing/binding agent, and a material such as white chalk to make it more opaque. It covers well and dries quickly, making it a favorite for commercial artists.
The most opaque paint colors are typically darker shades, such as deep blacks and rich, saturated hues like ultramarine blue or deep crimson. Opaque paints have high pigment concentrations, which allow them to cover underlying surfaces more effectively. Additionally, paints with high titanium dioxide content are known for their excellent opacity. Always check the specific brand and formulation, as opacity can vary between products.
you can use < for more transparent and > for less :)
To make oil paint transparent, you can mix it with a medium like linseed oil or turpentine. This will dilute the paint and make it more translucent, allowing underlying layers to show through.
Ordinary cardboard is a type of paper, and is almost always opaque (visible light does not pass through it). It is possible to make it thin enough to make it translucent, especially in bright sunlight. If it were transparent (see-through) then it would not be called "cardboard" any more.
Garnet can range from transparent to opaque, depending on the type of garnet. For example, almandine garnets tend to be more opaque, while some types like rhodolite or pyrope garnets can be transparent or semi-transparent.
Any material that is not 100% transparent will produce a shadow in light. Even glass will produce some amount of a shadow. The more opaque a material is, the darker the shadow. The more transparent a material is, the lighter the shadow.
Yes, it is possible for a transparent animal like a jellyfish to undergo a chemical change that can make it become more opaque. This can happen due to various factors such as exposure to certain chemicals or changes in its environment that alter its composition or structure to make it less transparent.
Turquoise is considered a semi-transparent to opaque gemstone. The level of transparency can vary depending on the quality and cut of the stone. In general, higher quality turquoise tends to be more transparent.
Clear refers to something transparent or see-through, allowing light to pass through easily. Opaque means that something is not transparent and does not allow light to pass through, making it difficult or impossible to see through.
nobody has ever said anything of the sort (I dont think)
If the paint dries it will, but if it is NOT dry you can remove it with hot water
Toughened glass is transparent, allowing light to pass through. It is specifically designed to be stronger and more impact resistant than regular glass, making it a popular choice for applications where safety and durability are important.
Oiled paper is more translucent than opaque.
