I thought someone here could answer this question
Absolutely! My wife just got me a Peavey Acoustic. Great guitar. My experience was some spanish guitar when I was a teen. It certainly took me a while to get my fingers used to metal strings (my wife knew I wanted this kind of guitar), but the sound is beautiful. Some people say it's a little heavy, so maybe it's not so great for a kid, but believe me: When I play "Give a little bit" people think it's Supertramp for real!
what about something like peavey?
The simple answer is the pros are it's very high gain and give a great tone. The cons are it doesn't have the best clean channel.
There are so many. Too many to list! I'll give some examples Agile, BC Rich, Charvel, Dean, Epiphone, Fender, Gibson, Hohner, Ibanez, Jackson, Kramer, Lag, Michael Kelly, Norman, Ovation, Peavey, Q Guitars, Rickenbacker, Samick, Tanglewood, Univox, Vintage, Washburn, Xavier, Yamaha and Zematis!
