It did, and I figured it would eventually after Procter & Gamble (who makes Cover Girl) bought the brand.
P&G bought a brand with some really good, unique products like Perfecting Make-Up and 2000 Calorie mascara. They got rid of all the foundations, cut themselves back to one blush (which I didn't like at all), and converted the brand to "disco date" makeup, like L'Oreal's HIP and MAC. Well, y'know, women who go out on disco dates ALSO have to go to work--and they can't wear disco makeup to the office. L'Oreal has a big advantage here: they have soft daily-wear shades plus the intense nighttime ones. My belief: If they would have changed the name to something like "MAX by Cover Girl" they would have done well--Cover Girl has shades you can wear anywhere. But to keep it as a standalone?

They have brands such as Covergirl, Olay, New York Colour, Maybelline, etc. I would recommed Exact Eyelights by Covergirl. They really bring out a persons eyes! You can get some nice eyeshadow with more than one colour in walmart, too.
