could be the wiring to the dome light
Check the brake light bulbs, one of them may not be installed correctly.
from what i know there are separate fuses for the left side lights and the right side lights so it might be a fuse
If your 92 Toyota Corolla taillights are out, but the dash light and fuse work fine, the bulbs could have burn out. Replace bulbs on each side.
The tail light fuse will be in the first column of fuses in the fuse box. The exact location of the tail light fuse will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
May be stop light switch--usually located at the upper end of the brake pedal under dash

Brake light switch ?
Yes they light and are on the same fuse as the dash lights. So if the dash light works then these are just burnt out and need to be replaced.
Check the brake light switch it should be connected to the brake pedal somewhere.
Fuse number 8 Just count from top left like reading a book. It should be a 15A blue fuse. This controls the speedo cluster lights, Tail lights etc. Your head light fuses are in the engine compartment in that fuse box.

have you tried pulling the EFI fuse
in the back of the rear engine
There's a Phillips screw at the top of the marker light. You would need to unscrew that and then you will be able to remove the side marker light from your Toyota 4Runner. We have also included a link to a video in the related links section below.
The brake light is controlled by a relay switch. If the relay switch is bad the brake lights will stay on. The brake light switch simply plugs in and out. Unplug the brake light switch until you can replace it.
