Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque worked very closely together in the years 1907 - 1908, till the beginning of World War 1. In the summer of 1911 the two artists painted early cubist landscapes side by side in Ceret, in the French Pyrenees; their paintings and their approach then was almost identical. The influence of Cézanne was very strong in the paintings of this period. Later both artists started to make collages together in Paris. In 1915 Braque was severely wounded in his head during a battle in World War 1. In 1917 he was recovered and developed a more personal and rather delicate style in his Cubism, stil-life became his main motif. Then started a close friendship with Juan Gris.
I've spoken to my lawyer about this, because I know martial artists that threaten to sue people for "teaching their stuff". The short answer is no. If you write a manual or produce a video or otherwise fix something into a tangible form - then that thing has copyright. That's the book or video itself, but not your style. You could also file a trademark on your style name or logo. Krav Maga is famously going through trademark lawsuits. The real issue with trying to protect a style is that there is virtually no martial arts movements you could make that don't already exist in some other style.

There is no style or group called pre-cubism. It simply means 'before cubism'. So, ALL artists working before 1908 are pre-cubists.

There are several. The Style Wars documentary from 1983 is the most famous. Other documentaries include Exit Through the Gift Shop (2010) and Bomb It. Wild Style (1983) and Bomb the System (2002) are both based around graffiti artists, and although they are fiction they are noted for staying true to the style and nature of graffiti art.
There is no particular "style" or name of the style used for makeup on runway models. Each fashion show requires a different theme or look so the makeup artists create looks as directed by the designers and/or fashion show director. If anything it can be catagorized as "high fashion" makeup.
