Expose it. Develop it in something like Dektol. Bleach it with a potassium dichromate bleach, which dissolves silver but has no effect on halides of silver. Expose it to light--just turn on the darkroom lights (make sure the paper box is closed first!!!) Redevelop it in Dektol, then stop and fix before washing and drying.

You cannot print on Black paper with today's printers. They rely on the white in paper to produce the color white, white is required to reflect the light through the ink/toner in order for your eyes to see it. If you do print on black paper it comes out more like a watermark. It looks cool but it's not practical.
Some purist artists contend that black and white are not colours. For instance, a water-colourist leaves the white of the paper untouched to represent white, and makes a semi-black by mixing other colours. Other artists consider that black and white are colours - the argument is a long standing one.
Photographs that are primarily monochromatic (black and white) with areas of full color, are usually called "selective color" or "spot color." An example would be a photo in which a flower is shown in color, while everything else has been converted to black and white.

The snow under the black paper will melt faster as the paper absorbs the heat while the white paper reflects it.
