Naturally human bodies are much more complex than those of worms. For instance, humans have skeletal system, while worms are invertebrates. They also have a very weak nervous system which doesn't allow them to feel any pain. Humans generally have good senses we can taste, touch, hear, smell, and see well (we can also feel pain). Worms only have eye spots which give them awareness on the level of light in their environment however don't actually give them vision. Worms have two main blood vessels: a dorsal and a ventral vessel. These vessels circulate blood from the head to the tail of their bodies. The blood is moved from waves of contraction in the vessel. Both humans and worms are alike in that they both have what is referred to as a 'closed circulatory system'. However in our system we have only one heart and the two fluids we transport are blood and lymph; meanwhile worms have 5 hearts which circulate blood.
In a worms excretory system basically food goes in the mouth and comes out the opposite end. of an earthworm is very simple. In short, food goes in one end and comes out the other. Niphridia helps to absorb some water during the process. They are found in pairs in every segment except the first 3 and the last one. Niphridia are to worms what kidney's are to humans.
earthworms are hermaphrodites, each one has a male and female reproductive organs. after two earthworms mate, both will be laying eggs. obviously humans cannot do the same.
what are three similarities between the anatomy of earthworms and the anatomy of humans
may be in segmentation
The cadiovascular system, sometimes called the circulatory system when it includes the lymphatic system.
a common name for the circulatory system is the cardiovascular system.
The heart is the pump in the circulatory system.
A human circulatory system.
in cockroach open circulatory system is present.
Yes it has a closed circulatory system
earthworms have a closed circulatory system
yes
Grasshoppers have an open circulatory system, and worms have a closed circulatory system. There you go. :)
5. It has five hearts
The digestive, circulatory, muscular and nervous system.
The earthworm like many more complex organisms has a closed circulatory system, meaning that its blood is confined to blood vessels and its blood is recirculated so it gets maximum use
an earthworm has a closed circulatory system ........ I've searched it :)
The blood circulatory system of the earthworm consists of five main blood vessels; it has aortic arches instead of a heart. The coelom also circulates food, so it could be considered a digestive system or a circulatory system.
a close system and open system are systems that has a similarities of a system that ... ang hirap
The similarities between the earthworm and human nervous system is that they are carbon based. The difference is that the humans nervous system is skeletal while that of the earthworm is not.
Earthworms have a closed circulatory system. Blood is pumped throughout its body by ringed blood vessels. An open circulatory system is not contained in vessels. In a closed circulatory system oxygen is carried in blood! hope this helps=)
