William Shakespeare was the playwright who wrote several dozen plays, many of which are still in production around the world today. While he authored many plays, he did not appear as a character in any of them. Therefore, no one performs as William Shakespeare in any play written by him.
Rosalind is the main character in Shakespeare's play As You Like It.
There is no character called Omar in any of Shakespeare's plays. Indeed there is only one character who is apparently a Muslim in all of the plays, which would be the Prince of Morocco in Merchant of Venice. Mind you there are probably a number of actors called Omar who have played or are playing parts in Shakespeare plays. French actor Omar Sy (often billed as "Omar") for example, or Omar Sharif, or the American Omar Epps, might have played parts in a Shakespeare play at some time.
Twelfth Night
Unfortunately it was not common in Shakespeare's day to keep records of what actor played what part in any plays. We are fortunate in that Ben Jonson made a record of the actors who played in his plays Sejanus and Every Man in His Humour, and Shakespeare appeared in both those plays, although the record does not show what part he played. The First Folio also lists actors who played in Shakespeare's plays, including Shakespeare, but not who played in which play nor what part they took.
In Shakespeare's time there were no female actresses, all parts in the plays were played by males.
Shakespeare was an actor, and the company he was with frequently put on his plays. It is said that he played "kingly" roles and that he played the Ghost in Hamlet. Other roles which we might speculate Shakespeare played might be Henry IV or the Prince in Romeo and Juliet, or Theseus in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Guessing what roles he played is really flat out guessing, but we know that he played some part. If, on the other hand, your question means "Did Shakespeare make himself a character in any of his plays?", the answer is almost certainly no. Shakespeare showed no interest in telling the world about himself, and in fact he studiously avoided it. If you want to read about a playwright who loved to toot his own horn, read about Shakespeare's contemporary Ben Jonson.
