There isn't a particular length of time you need to have been danceing to become a teacher.. However you do need some kind of training. If you are planning to teach dance at a school then they will expect you to have some kind of qualification higher than A-level. Preferably a BA Honors Degree (in the UK) You can study dance at a degree level at many Universities.
Well, It depends. I amprobably going to become a demonstrator and all I did was talk to some of the dance teachers, my parents and the owner of the studio. You should do the same thing and who knows... you might become a demonstrator or a teacher. GOOD LUCK!!!
It depends, just make up your own moves. You can do random body movements as long as they match the music. To learn contemporary dance moves, ballroom dance, classical dance, or ballet, you will need an experienced teacher, possibly in a dance school.
You do not only dance ballet, you feel it too! You have to be graceful and you have to do a lot of research on ballet if you want a good dance school and teacher. If you want to dance professionally, you will need to have been dancing ballet to succeed! Ballet is the key to everything! That is what you would do!
