In the story of Orion, Artemis is kind and friendly to him, and hunts with him often. She also has an almost unbreakable bond with her brother, Apollo, showing she can be kind. Artemis and Apollo also protect their mother, Leto. When Niobe told her people to not worship Leto because she only had two kids and Niobe had fourteen, Apollo killed the seven boys with arrows of great pain, and Artemis killed the girls with painless, swift arrows.
