Was Salvador Dali bullied when he was little?

His father Salvador Dalí i Cusí had a strict approach to bringing up children. He also had a sister, Ana Maria and his brother, also named Salvador died nine months before he was born. His mother died of Breast cancer when he was 16 years old. She had told Dali that he was his brother's reincarnation, which is something Dali believed.

He discovered modern painting when spending his summer holiday living with a family in Cadaqués, the father of which was a local artist.

Dali had his first public exhibition at age 13 when his father put some of his charcoal drawings up for display in their home.
