What are fishbians?

Fishbians are reptile like fish, or fish like reptiles, which are the ancestors of modern terrestrial vertebrates. The term Fishbian is loose and is slightly more broad than the term Ichthyosaur, but the Ichthyosaurs are the best example of a Fishbian creature.
