I have made them from toothpicks. Also, if you want to use dental floss to tie the corners, the waxed type worked. Or, 2 hoop earrings 1 large (for the bottom) 1 small (for the top) then take wire and wrap the top to the bottom. Making a dome like shape. Use a small funnel to keep the size uniform. Glue a button to make the bottom. Wrap wire to make door. Use a small button or roll wire into a ball to make door handle.

Could you tell me anything about a miniature portrait artist who signs their miniatures Ruby thankyou?

I have just purchased two miniatures of a Scottish girl signed Ruby. They were in a presentation case bearing the legend George Felix Standish Mackay from George Felix Standish Sinclair Sept 14th 1884. Sinclair was married to Margaret Sinclair in 1884 so perhaps these were commissioned to mark the wedding. The family were prominent Scottish aristocracy so presumably Ruby was quite fashionable and either working in Scotland or London. I would also be interested in any other information about the artist.

Pics of fakir aziao din an navratna of akbar?

Fakir Aziao Din was a notable figure in the court of Mughal Emperor Akbar, recognized as one of the Navratnas, or "Nine Gems," of his administration. He was known for his spiritual insights and contributions to Akbar's religious policies, promoting tolerance and understanding among different faiths. While there are historical texts that describe him, visual depictions of Fakir Aziao Din are scarce, as most art from that era focused on more prominent figures like Akbar himself or other Navratnas. For images, one would typically refer to Mughal miniature paintings or historical documents that might feature him indirectly.

How do you join metal using solder?

In order to bond a porous surface (wood) to a non-porous surface (metal) you will need an epoxy. Often an epoxy comes in 2 parts, the resin and the hardener, when mixed together they form the bond. Be careful though, once the bond is set you won't be able to get them apart. (Try J-B Weld.) http://www.bejane.com/article_adhesives_101 http://www.thistothat.com/ http://jbweld.net/products/jbweld.php

Where is the dollhouse door in I Spy Year Round Challenger pg 26 and 27?

"on the left hand side of the page in the top left window, i think there is a dollhouse with a door" - other user's answer I could be wrong, but I believe that the item in the upper-left window is actually a bird cage, and is the answer to "cage". I, myself, am having difficulty locating the dollhouse door - unless the author is referring to the very obvious door located on the large haunted-looking dollhouse he has constructed.

What is the max temperature at which soft soldering is done is?

The maximum temperature for soft soldering typically ranges from 350°C to 450°C.
