If you want to watch English subbed animes I strongly suggest vizanime.com or animeseason.com but if you want to watch English dubbed ones then I strongly suggest animegiant. Or if you don't really care if it's neither then I just suggest animecrunch.com but a few videos on animecrunch are deleted.

Another good website is animefreak. They have a wide selection in dubbed and subbed, in all genres.

There are many web sites that allow a user to watch anime online for free. Some sites you must download their movie player, some work off of what you already have on your computer. AnimePlus offers a large variety of different anime shows which gives the user a lot of different options all in one site. AnimeCenter is also a great site but you must download the episodes or shows to watch them.
