Lyrical dance does not have as much exact movements and structure as Ballet. It is more artistic and free, but some steps that may be in a lyrical dance are pirouettes , arabesque, contractions, grande jete, shanay turns, and soutenus.

== shuffle tap dancing == The sounds of the words "whirling," "twirling," "swishing" and "swaying" may evoke ideas of the sounds of dance. Some names of particular dances may evoke the sounds of the dances they denote, such as The Charleston, which slightly resembles the sound of the sort of music that is played, or The Texas Two-Step, which may evoke the sound and rhythm of the steps in that dance. In describing a dance, you could use words that sound like music being played, steps being taken, the movement of cloth and so on.

If you are talking about the nutcracker (which I assume you are) Clara tends to do lots of arabesques, balancés, and make sure to incorporate lots of acting! You can search how to do these steps online, but overall they are not too difficult with some dance training.

The term "Bollywood Dance" derives its name from the famous and beautiful dance and song scenes from the Bollywood movies which creates a good bollywood style. The dance scenes are each different depending on the film's settings. Dancing steps can be seen in any dancing institute, if you want an experience in watching it then go on a Bollywood Tour which gives you an amazing experience of it.You can also watch Saroj Khan's dancing steps, which proves to be great

It really depends on what dance you want the dance terms and dance steps to because there are far too many for me to write down in one go. There are things like Frappes which is a ballet movement and means 'To Strike' Some hip hop dance steps are 'Step Ball Change' Which is a flick of the foot and changing of weight. Dances Like Ballroom have steps like Spin turn, hesitation, etc. I can't give you further info until I know what types of dance you want the terms and steps of. a tiny bit... (Sorry that I couldn't give you every term & step at the same time)

There are many dance academies where famous choreographers and dancers are found. Some are American Ballet Theater, Jose Limon dance company, Royal Academy of Dance, Parsons Dance Company, and Alvin Ailey.
The polka is from some Czech areas and there it means small steps like in the dance. Hope this helps!
