That is mostly a matter of personal preference. Both manuals contain a lot of useful and important information.
My personal opinion is that Chilton's manuals tend to be very technical in nature and geared towards experienced mechanics, whereas Haynes manuals tend to lean more towards teaching inexperienced people or do-it-yourselfers how to perform maintenance and repairs on their vehicles. I would want to see a Chilton's library in my $100/hour mechanic's shop, but my personal library would be mostly Haynes and I would recommend a Haynes manual to anyone who doesn't know how to change a spark plug or tire and wants to learn how to.
The factory shop and repair manual if they will sell you one. Then I prefer the Chilton brand Then Haynes All will do for basic things like torque specs and spark plug gaps.
Look for a picture in one of the service manuals, Chilton's, Haynes or the factory service manual. You could also look up the part at an on line auto pars stores such as Autozone or Kragens, they usually have a picture.
best bet is to buy the haynes or chilton manual. may be ona sticker the hood with other belt diagrams. if ur gonna change the belt i highly recomend the manual. not essentially hard but you need to follow book pretty closely. im sure if you look hard enough you find diagrams somewhere on line. hey 4 25 bucks will save you hrs of trying to find what you need.good luck
