Hemiplegia is the loss of use of one side of the body, usually following cerebrovascular accident (CVA) or a brain injury. Hemiplegia is not caused by damage from a blood route. Hemiplegia results following brain injury (haemorragic or ischaemic) and thus the peripheral nervous system tracts which come from the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) may be damaged, and in turn nerves that innervate specific muscles, joints, organs and other structures on one side of the the body may be damaged.
For example if a person incurs an insult to their left cerebral hemisphere in their brain, the motor and sensory tracts that run from the brain into the body - occur on the opposite side as they pass through the mid brain - and therefore this persons right side will be affected.

The heart is a muscle that pumps blood and causes the blood to circulate throughout the body. It is the most hardworking muscle in the human body.
the heart pumps the blood around your body through blood vessels , the artery which pumps blood from the heart to the rest of the body and veins which pump blood from the organs back to the heart.
They are a non-profit organization that support veterans that have received the Purple Heart for their wounds.
The left side of the heart system is known as the left artery, which is the only side of your heart that pumps blood around the body; this causes some people to automatically think that the heart is on the left side of your chest, but the heart is based in the middle, but it is only the left side which you can feel pumping blood.
hemiplegia, affecting one side of the body
dense left hemiplegia- total weakness of left side of the body (hemiplegia) where the power of the affected side(left) muscles tends to be 0 .i.e, no movements at all...
well , total paralysis on one side of body is called hemiplegia...... where as weakness is called paraplegia..... these may be due to damage at the brain or spinal cord...
They have hearts with blood vessels that pump the blood to the rest of their body
You get the blood supply of the brain affected by three mechanisms. One is bleeding, second in blockage of the blood vessel, due to thrombosis. Third is by way of blockage of blood vessel due to embolism. The patient usually get hemiplegia or weakness or paralysis of the half part of the body.
HEMIPLEGIA is a type of CEREBRAL PALSY that results from damage to the parts of the brain that control muscle movements. This damage may occur before, during or shortly after birth. The term HEMIPLEGIA means that the paralysis is on one side of the body. A similar medical term, HEMIPARESIS, means a weakness on one side of the body. In children with hemiplegia, the paralysis in the body occurs on the side opposite the affected part of the brain. For example, if the left side of the child's brain is injured, then the paralysis will be on the right side of the child's body. AL

Hyporperfusion can be occur if the heart is damaged and unable to pump and adequate amount of blood through the body, there is inadequate blood volume in the body, or blood vessels are unable to respond to changes in blood pressure.
the possible causes is when the body is loss of blood supply and cannot send information to any part of the body it collapse.
a blood cell travels through the body over and over again and again until the blood cell stops or doesn't take the usual route.
