It is the Internal carotid and the vertebral arteries. The vertebral arteries join to form the basilar artery which supply the midbrain and the cerebellum. The internal carotid branches divides to form the left and right internal carotids which supply the left and right side of the brain respectively.

The coronary arteries supply oxygenated and nutrient filled blood to the heart muscle. There are two main coronary arteries: right coronary artery and left coronary artery. Other arteries diverge from these two main arteries and extend to the bottom portion of the heart.
The vertebral arteries are branches from the subclavian arteries that travel up the spine in the foramen transversarium and into the skull in the formen magnum. They fuse at the level of the midbrain to form the basilar artery and then the posterior cerebral arteries. They supply blood to the brainstem, cerebellum and posterior portions of the brain.

The jugular veins are the two main veins in the neck returning blood from the brain to the heart. Their arterial counterparts are the carotid arteries.

coronary artery calcifications is a fancy word for plaque. it is a build up of fat in the artery, causing it to narrow and if left untreated, it will close altogther resulting in heart attack . the coronary arteries, right and left, supply blood to the heart muscle. Calcifications or plaque buildup of the right or left Corodid arteries .( these are the two large arteries on each side of the neck that supply blood flow to the brain) If left un-treated, can cause a person to feel dizzy or confused and if arteries completely close, can and will most likely lead to a stroke......Tom Wade..
