The 2 modes of blood transport are the veins and arteries.

The way I use to remember is A is for away, so therefor arteries take blood away from the heart and veins go to the heart.

Veins NORMALLY carry oxygen poor blood

&

Arteries NORMALLY carry oxygen rich blood
