Any combination of the tree primary colours will result in some form of brown. As purple is red & blue and you want to add yellow you will get some variation of brown.
Brown --------------------------------- Mixing the purple with yellow at a 3:1 ratio will give you a gray which can be lightened by adding white. All palettes are not the same, however, so you have to experiment with the reds, blue, yellows and purples you have to see exactly what colors you get. The comments above are just a guideline to start with.
It depends on the color you want to make...For example, red + blue = purple yellow + red = orange red + white = pink green + yellow = blue yellow + blue = green
a secondary color for instance mixing blue, and orange make brown... i think brown is an intermidiate colour anyway... right?? Red, Blue and yellow are the 3 primary colors. Example: if you mix blue and yellow you will get green, mix red and blue and you will get purple, mix red and yellow and you will get orange.
What color do you get mixing beige burgundy and grey paint together
Secondary colors are made by joining primary colors together. Red and yellow make orange. Blue and red make purple. Blue and yellow make green. Orange, purple and green are secondary colors. You can make all different colors by varying the amount of each color you use.
Red is a primary color. Mixing other colors will not make red.
Mixing red and blue. If you wanted to make other colors here is the mixing thing: Red+Blue=Purple Blue+Yellow=Green Red+Yellow=Orange
Pink is made by mixing red and white, not yellow. Yellow mixed with red will create an orange color.
Red and blue make purple, and as yellow is a light colour, i think that all of them mixed together would make a light purple, possibly a lilac.
Orange and purple mixed together make a reddish-brown color, since you are mixing red, blue, and yellow to get those colors.
Mixing red and white creates pink. Red and yellow make orange, while red and blue make purple.
Yellow doesn't make purple, red and blue do.
In pigments: Equal amounts of red and blue are used to make purple. Mixing equal amounts of red, blue, and yellow (the three primary colors) will yield brown. In light: Equal amounts of red and blue make magenta (a lighter, more reddish shade of purple). Equal amounts of magenta and yellow make white.
Secondary color's are Orange, Green & Purple, which are made from the Primary color's Red, Yellow & Blue, When the Primary colors are mixed together one with another they will make the Secondary color's.
Two primary colors will make a secondary color. Blue, yellow and red are primary colors. Blue + yellow = green. Blue + red = purple. Yellow + red = orange
You mix tertiary colours by mixing primary and secondary colours together. So:red + purple = Violet (red-purple)purple + blue = Indigo (purple-blue)blue + green = (blue-green)green + yellow = Chartreuse (yellow-green)yellow + orange = Ochre (yellow-orange)orange + red = Vermillion (red-orange)
Red and Blue make the color purple.
