I'd say a light cream, peachy or purple colour. Not blue or green because they will clash with the aqua. Black is to dark unless you have it as a single feature wall but even then, no.
If youre bedspread is blue and white..... paint ur walls blue........and then white spots or squares or you know decorate it with posters...............make sure ur carpet matches too.....it will mess it all up if it doesnt match
Yes, it is the paint, the rest is just color.
A DARKER PINK!!
Without seeing the wallpaper, how could I possibly know? If there is a background color on the wallpaper, you can go with that or any other color in it. If you use a color in the pattern, a flower or something, painting the walls the same color is going to bring that out more in the wallpaper. Depending on the pattern, this could be good or bad.
Red or burgundy!
A tan shade that has enough depth so it doesn't look like beige and can stand up to the floor color.
Orange
The color of paint used for the walls in the living room is light gray.
The color chosen for the first coat of paint on the walls was a light shade of blue.
Buttermilk walls too and have one wall be an accent color like brown, terragon or some color to add interest
PURPLE AND ORANGe!

Always, always choose neutral colors for carpets/flooring. That way you can put any color furniture on top of them. With yellow walls, I would recommend Zinc gray carpet: plumcarpet[dot]com/products/zincgray-carpet Gives you nice contrast, but still frees you up. If you use a bright color in flooring it limits what you can do with the rest of the room.
If it's the standard light gray primer it should be alright.
