Lol, I just did this in history class a week ago.

Anyways, here is a list.

1. could not create taxes or tariffs

2. could not force states to provide soldiers pr money.

3. could not enforce laws or treaties due to not being able to get soldiers.

4. could not stop interstate commerce because they did not have and official court system.

5. could not stop states from printing their own paper money.

There are a lot more, but these are the main ones. These one are the ones that cause more problems.
