2nd question: Sometimes. Last weekend, the 2nd Naruto movie came on. Yesterday the Justice League thing ended at 10:30 PM, so I think action flicks does not mess with the days, but it does mess with times... (now comes on every other Saturday @ 10:30 PM!)
