an island in the western seas
No "Does..." means "is it capable of happenning" "How..." means "what are the processes"
la Martinique is a French island in the Carribbean. It was discovered by Christopher Columbus who named it after the name it had among the locals at the time, Madidina, 'the island of flowers'.
It is an Island in the Seine, where people from Paris liked to spend leisure time.
You, my friend, are an idiot. It's all in the name. U.S. troops take one island and move to the next, Just because I put the names in that order does NOT mean that's the way they did it. Okinawa->Peleliu->Iwo Jima. and continues like that.
I think what you mean by this question is Was Napoleon an exile in San Francisco? the answer to which is no. He was an exile on the Island of Elba, which is in the Mediterranean between the island of Corsica (Napoleons birthplace) and Italy. He was exiled from 1814 to 1815. p.s. Nice job on the grammar. If english is your native language you totally don't need to go back to 3rd grade.
By mt Helena I assume you mean St. Helena, the island off the coast of Africa. Napoleon Bonaparte died at St. Helena.
Do you mean which situations did Napoleon change ? or which situations were changed as a result of Napoleon ? Sorry, but either does not inspire anything momentous from me....
