Yes. Good photography can replace art. Photography is the new art that is replacing art and it is not the worst thing that happened to art. Art has become a plaything of the rich and famous. Overpriced “modern art” that is only appreciated by 1 percent has turned art into a joke. What today’s artists are producing is an insult to the art of the past. As an art lover, I am relieved that photography has taken over from art as an affordable form of art.
