I don't know if this is the artist you are looking for but an artist with the last name Dupont is: Gainsborough Dupont. However, the painting you are describing reminds me of a painting called "Lady with a parasol" by Monet. Hope this helps.
I have several "sand" paintings by an artist named Van Dam, but I can't find anything online about the artist or paintings. My parents bought them when we were living in England in the 1970's. Do you know anything about the artist, like a first name?

No, there is not a artist named shewolf. You see she wolf is just a made up name from Shakira. But if there was a artist named she wolf she probably wouldn't be that good of a artist!
