1. Use Less of the material.
2. Recycle used material into NEW.
It is both: it is non-Renewable when it is Irreversibly [and/or Irretrievably] removed Ex-Situ; and renewable only by and through the recycling efforts of People.
People Money material technology Equipment Time IT Infrastructure Information (what is going on) Knowledge (how things are done)
you know, no one really knows for sure because people might discover new resources or we might just have to use up all or our resources. but i guess we are making more.
Natural calamities don't waste human resources, people waste human resources. Natural calamities are a part of the natural world, well known to people. The fact that humans ignore that natural calamities may occur, and don't make allowances for the eventuality and inevitability is part of the fallibility of being human.

people can affect the resources by using to much
It is because, more energy comes from the nonrenewable resources than the renewable ones. Therefore we use more of the nonrenewable resources.
Sand... and that's all I can think of. c:
By definition a nonrenewable resource is one that cannot be replaced within a short period of time, so with the exception of thousands/millions of years item dependent, the nonrenewable does not have the option of replacement and therefor becomes a lost resource.
It is an nonrenewable source. People burn fuel for car efficiency.

This is simple. Find new reserves Implement higher taxes Conservation and Increased use of other sources(alternatives)] Renewable energy
many people consider minerals are not renewable resources, yes it is, but actually minerals also consider renewable. why??? minerals can take thousands of years to be renewed again since it is formed by the remains of dead living organisms and have taken thousands of years to be formed, so by that if minerals are used it would take thousands of years to renew it's self. also that make it nonrenewable resource because as you know take thousands of years to be used again

you cant reuse: oil, coal, gas, uranium, or diesel because they are nonrenewable resources. this is not a good thing because they could be used up. if they are used up then the things that need these resources will be useless because they wont have them to do what we (people) need them to do.
