In his article Alice on the Stage, Lewis Carroll described the Queen of Hearts in this way:

I pictured to myself the Queen of Hearts as a sort of embodiment of ungovernable passion--a blind and aimless Fury.

It might be consisdered then, that she represents uncontrollable anger.

In Tim Burton's 2010 movie, the Queen of Hearts from represents Hamish's mother (and Alice's potential mother-in-law.) Early in the film, she says "I told them I wanted red roses not white!"

How many odd red cards are in a deck?

It depends on what you mean by odd. If the Ace is low, it could be considered odd; if it is high, it could be considered as even. Also, what about the Jack and King? They could be considered odd as well. One answer, assuming the Ace is low, and the Jack and King are odd, is that there are 14 odd red cards in a standard deck of 52 cards.

What does the saying Not playing with a full deck mean?

It means that the person is not very smart. It is a reference to playing cards. A "full deck" of standard playing cards is 52 cards. If you have less than 52 cards you don't have a "full deck" and it will be difficult (and not smart) to try to play card games. Not playing with a full deck means a person is not very smart.
