i don't think that all wal-marts sell dry ice.
$2.48 a pound
I don't see where Walmart sells trays of ice. They do sell ice trays for making ice cubes ranging in price from under a dollar each (when you buy a pack of three) to over ten dollars for a tray. It depends on the brand and style of the ice tray. Some Walmart stores also allow you to purchase bags of ice out of a refrigeration unit in various sizes but you have to get it in the store. They don't ship it for obvious reasons.
Check the supermarkets. Some of them have it.
They sell tubs in 500ml and 125ml sizes.
Try grocery stores.

Do you sell dry ice
Most grocery stores and convenience stores sell bagged ice. It may be in a freezer separate from their other stock items so it may be worthwhile to ask.
Nope. Same stuff. These days, the dermatologist may be buying her dry ice at the grocery store because it's cheaper there.
