What I did when this happened to me was I uninstalled Picasa 3. Then, I removed the duplicate pictures from my hard drive. After that, I reinstalled Picasa 3. Everything worked just fine from then on.

no, all of your files will be deleted, but if you would like to save your sims (or any other folders and files for that matter) then do the following: go into My documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 this will bring you to all the folders and files that are in your game. you can drag any folders you want to keep onto your desktop (like saved games) and then uninstall the game. now when you reinstall it, go back into the sims 3 file and drag the desired folders back, replacing the new and empty ones.

Nightlife is all ready installed. If you can't find it, uninstall, then reinstall Double Deluxe. (I had a problem installing it, but nightlife was there).
