It depends. The 2.2 and 2.3 liter models (S, Si, SE) share a particular alternator. The 2.2 liter VTEC model uses a different model alternator.

I know on the 89 CRX HF the MAP sensor is located on the firewall. Look for the 3 pin. Should have a white wire, green/white(-), and yellow/red(+)
