Being a student nurse I am learning these things daily. A normal bloodpressure for an adult, as yourself is 120-130 for the systolic, or top number and 70-80 for the diastolic, or bottom number (120/80 is the normal). There can be fluctuations of these numbers. A athletic person usually has a lower diastolic and as you age your systolic rises.
