Most all flat screen TVs have HDMI ports nowadays, as long as the tv is 720p or 1080p (it will say on the box) it will have one. Typically Samsung is the best LCD TV and Panasonic is the best Plasma TV, but Sharp and LG are probably the best cheap TVs that will still look good.
If you really want a cheap HDMI TV, Dynex (Best Buy brand) TVs are only a couple hundred dollars.
