Heart rate after running a 440 will vary by a large amount for any one individual based on how much effort they put into the run, their level of conditioning, the amount of recovery time they have had since the last bout of exercise etc. It will also vary between people, some will be much higher than another runner even when they are at the same level of conditioning.

The best answer is that if you ran really hard your heart rate will be at or near your maximum heart rate. You can test your maximum heart rate by wearing a monitor, doing a warm up of a couple of kilometers, having a short rest interval and then sprinting hard or run up a hill. Check with your doctor before doing this test if you have any health concerns or have not been running regularly
