Will strength of concrete mix will decrease if hot water is used?
As long as the water is liquid, the strength of the finished product will not be diminished by the water temperature.

Take a look into a sealer called StoneLok. You will definitely want to go with a polyurethane sealer because it will have a thicker base. Twice as thick as an acrylic sealer.

they sell concrete stain. It is made specifically for concrete. If I were you I would use a Dulux product called 'Luxafloor HS' or 'Luxafloor Eco2'. They are both 2 packs - one being oil based and the other being water based. They can be expensive however. If you want a cheaper option then you should you a single pack such as the Berger Jet Dry range. You can also get oil and water based in the same range. The strongest out of all of them is the Luxafloor HS but obviously it will cost you aswell.
