We need a whole lot more info than that to help you with that one. I'm still scratchin' my head.
on my tach, the green wire connects to the neg on the ign coil pack
Suspect a bad coil or failed engine computer.
The coil packs are attached to the plug wires. Coil packs are interchangable so when I suspect a bad one, I switch the one next to it to see if the problem moves to the other two cylinders. You can also use a inexpensive spark plug tester that clips on to the wire to see how the coil pack is firing thru the plug wire.
the red one
Yes it very well could, because a misfiring coil pack or weak coil pack can cause interruptions in the signals to both the camshaft position sensor into the crankshaft position sensor. I had this happen on my Buick LeSabre, it gave a code 18, which is Cam / crank position sensor error okay. I replaced all three coil packs, and it went away and never came back. If you look at the diagram for the wiring of your ignition control module, you'll see that the coil packs, ignition control module, and camshaft and crankshaft position sensors are all interconnected.
This motor has no distributor. It has a coil pack for each spark plug. There is no condenser.
Mounted on your valve cover is a box where your spark plug wires connect. This is the coil pack
It does have a coil pack. Its where all the spark plug wires all connect to on the top of the engine near the drivers side firewall.
Both, each spark plug has it's own coil pack that creates the spark, and a wire to connect it to the plug.
most likely the battery or battery cable where the positive and negative termials connect to the battery. cold would have no effect on the coil pack.
The coil pack in a Chrysler Concorde can be found under the hood. The exact location is on the right side cylinder head.

If you are standing in front of the vehicle (in the middle of the grill) find the Ignition coil pack [all of the spark plug wires connect to the Ignition coil pack].
