I assume you mean you are asking why your heart would race for no apparent reason, when you are at rest and not exercising. It could be a panic attack, but you would probably recognize that in other ways (a general feeling of fear). Perhaps a heart flutter from caffeine?
It can be caused by a lack of sleep or by hyperthyroidism.
I actually went to the dr yesterday and my resting heart rate was over 100. That is not normal and she recommended that I have my thyroid checked. You definitely need to see a dr if you have a high heart rate.
Typically a normal resting pulse rate for a healthy 18-year-old could be within 60-80 pr. minute. This varies with the physical condition this person is in.A top athlete will, as an example, have a lower resting pulse than most normal individuals. Also typically a womans resting pulse rate will be higher than a males resting pulse rate.
There is a normal RANGE for pulse rates in the young adult. It is usually between 60-80, resting (but can be higher during activity, of course).
Very normal! Normal is 60-100. My resting was never above 60, most peoples are ~72.
That is not a normal resting pulse for humans.
If the body is unable to maintain a normal temperature and it increases significantly above normal, a condition known as hyperthermia occurs.

normal resting heart rate is usually somewhere between 60 and 80 bpm. if its much higher than that resting and constantly see a doctor.
The support force on an object is often called the normal force because it acts perpendicular (or "normal") to the surface that the object is resting on.

The normal pulse rate for an adult is 60 to 100 beats per minute. In general, people that are physically fit have lower resting pulse rates, while people that are less physically fit tend to have a bit higher resting pulse rates.

It's interphase, though ironically, the cell is actually quite busy during this phase trying to perform its normal functions. It is called the resting phase because it is "resting" from cell division.

No, cancer cells are more active than normal cells. Cancer cells are always dividing at a faster rate than normal cells.
