There's no one English word that describes the deepest parts of the Earth's oceans, but geologically they're usually referred to as "deep-sea trenches."

The hadal zone also known as the hadopelagic zoneand trench zone is the name given to the deepest parts of the Ocean. This zone is found from a depth of around 6,000 metres (20,000 ft) to the bottom of the ocean.

This is because it is completely surrounded by water shallow enough (at only a mile or so deep) that AABW would have to flow uphill to get to it.
