Well I'm not 100% sure on the fluids, but I would say water is the best thing to drink. Also, you should take fish oil pills to help your heart and brain. It is not anything that needs prescription. You can buy it at local grocery stores. Anyone can take it. Hope this helps a little!!
Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is found in the ventricles of the brain.
Yes. It circulates through the ventricles and within the spinal cord. You can detect subarachnoid hemorrhage via spinal tap (amongst other methods) as there will be a presence of blood in the fluid.
The ventricles are fluid-filled cavities in the brain. When one or more of these cavities shrink in size, often due to overdrainage by shunts, it is known as a collapsed ventricle.
Angelina Jolie has this tattoed (in Latin I think) across her lower abdomen.
The purpose of ventricles in the brain is to cushion and protect the brain from trauma. Ventricles are filled with Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF). This fluid cushions the brain and acts as a shock absorber.
cerebrospinal fluid
cerebral spinal fluid cushions, protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord.
The name of the fluid is Cerebrospinal fluid. It is also known as Liquor cerebrospinalis ,is a clear bodily fluid that occupies the subarachnoid space and the ventricular system around and inside the brain and spinal cord.In essence, the brain "floats" in it.
Semen is the fluid that carries and nourishes spermatozoa. It is produced by the male reproductive system and contains various substances that help support and protect the sperm cells during their journey through the female reproductive tract.
Prostate gland
"Rip" pronounced differently as "retinal image processor" refers to the fluid in the eye that nourishes the retina.
The types of glial cells that line the central cavities of the brain and spinal cord are ependymal cells. These cells have cilia on their apical surface that help circulate the cerebrospinal fluid, which nourishes the brain and spinal cord while also helping to remove waste and maintain a stable environment.
The inner membrane of synovial joints is called the synovial membrane and secretes synovial fluid into the joint cavity.
The fluid filled spaces in the brain are called ventricles. The fluid is called cerebrospinal fluid
Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is a clear, colourless liquid that fills and surrounds the brain and the spinal cord. It also provides a mechanical barrier that acts as shock absorber. CSF is formed primarily in the ventricles of the brain by the choroid plexuses; it supports the brain and provides lubrication between surrounding bones and the brain and spinal cord. The fluid also helps maintaining the intracraneal pressure relatively stable and within normal homeostatic levels. Any increase in cranial volume of blood or brain tissue results in a corresponding decrease in CSF and vice versa. The CSF also transports metabolic waste products, antibodies, chemicals, and pathological products of disease away from the brain and spinal cord tissue into the bloodstream. CSF is slightly alkaline and is about 99 percent water. There are about 100 to 150 ml of CSF in the normal adult human body.(Ahmed Urbizo, MDC STUDENT)
my MRI of my brain says there is dark fluid what does this mean
Standard source of manganese, nourishes brain and nervous system, aids in fat and sugar metabolism.
