Comes from the Superior and inferior Vena Cava, into the right atrium, through the Tricuspid valve, through the right ventricle through the Pulmonary Semilunar Valve into the pulmonary arteries (-O2) to the lungs, back from the lungs, through the pulmonary veins (+O2) into the left atrium, through the Mitral valve (bicuspid) into the left ventricle up through the Aortic Semilunar valve and out the aorta to the rest of the body.

Anything to the heart is a vein, anything away from the heart is an artery.

If you want to get technical, both Atriums receive "venous" blood, difference is the left receives oxygenated blood and the right doesn't.
