The blood vessel which provides blood to most of the left ventricle is the Left Anterior Descending artery, a branch of the Left Main Coronary Artery. The Circumflex artery, also a branch of the Left Main, also supplies blood to the posterior left ventricle.

You have the left atrium which connects to the left ventricle then to the aorta or the right atrium which connects to the right ventricle then to the Pulmonary artery.
If you are referring to the valve that separates the left atrium from the left ventricle, it is called the mitral valve.
Left artery
The blood leaving the left ventricle is oxygen-rich and the blood coming out of the right ventricle is oxygen-poor. It then goes through the pulmonary arteries and into the capillaries of the lung where the carbon dioxide is exchanged for oxygen.
