Well, when certain races, one in particular, is lazy, can't keep a job, lives multiple people to a one bedroom apartment, cries about "the man bringing them down", you can use this phrase freely.

I think it would depend on the use. I often encounter this phrase when I'm watching anime's, usually when the protagonist gets into a battle with the foe, and then the foe will say "I'd expect nothing less of you" or "I expected nothing less from the leader of the clan". Meaning, the enemy has admitted that the protagonist is strong and he should have not underestimated him.
Hope this will help :)
Of course not! Nobody will accept a photocopy of an ID ... that's why you have a legal ID in the first place.
ID numbers are based on the Trainers that first obtained them. So if, by chance, you know a Trainer with ID# 57413, there you go!
Every Pokemon in the game could have that ID number. The ID number is not assigned to an individual Pokemon but rather to an individual trainer. Every Pokemon a trainer catches will have that same ID number. Thus, if the trainer with ID 00081 catches every Pokemon in the game, every Pokemon could have that number.
No. I need to ID one also without any data plate?

Yahoo ID is a Yahoo user name that you create on Yahoo's website.
if you are not a member then you are a user so that means you have a ID instead of a member name.
You could start by acquiring a face and a name, those are fairly necessary for getting an ID.

0 doesn't appear to have a special meaning in the Bible. Maybe nothing, empty, etc. Read this article: The Meaning of Bible Numbers, Colors, Metals, and Names http://www.learntostudythebible.com/page.asp?pg=read-articles&id=4
