Most significant for some. Depends from person to person, their own state of health and interest to stay healthy or become healthy, and interest to particular science, knowledge. A term ecology embraces multiple levels, as care for each other as much as other living beings, and a clean and pure attitude to even 'unliving' nature. It's compassion and requires a a part/degree of a mystified holistic angle of approach to most important observation only. Doing nothing, thus observing yields most times more gain as nature does most amount of work all humans together never could (approx 99.99999% - you get the idea - along affects of out (in?) from the universe that has on us too, being aware that universe is also a part of nature and vice versa). Excepting the gifts from her big or small with gratitude to her is the way that pays off with getting rid of greed, often cause for health issues and our and other one's unhappiness.
