You can use guides on collectible pottery to trace the value of a Crown Devon pottery piece. The manufacturer, Stoke-on-Trent, made earthenware and often included the month and year in their mark. Experts on antique pottery would be able to tell you the value of old pottery and auction sites often have listings that will give you an idea of value.

One thousand dollars
Roseville made many kinds of pottery varying greatly in collectible value some pieces are worth thousands of dollars. Roseville pottery is no longer made. You have to bring it to someone very knowledgeable about such things for an appraisal. You give much too little information to give any estimate of value.
Babe Ruth signed a lot of baseballs, and most items signed were items that were readily available. I'm sure he has signed more than one Little League baseball, as coming across a group of kids signing the baseball they had in hand. As far as value a Major League baseball used during Ruth's day would be most desired for the signature and would sell at a higher value than a signed Little League baseball in the same condition. The bottom line: Regardless of the type of baseball signed, the condition, and the display of the signature will hold the bulk of the value, along with the type of authenticity that accompanies the signature.
