I am the foremost authority on Wyke Bayliss and wrote the wikipedia article on him if you're interested in more details about him. I am also the only person I know of who actively collects his paintings, because he was my great great uncle - so the basic answer is whatever I am willing to pay :-)
The answer to your question is it depends on the size, medium (oil/watercolour/...) and detail in the work - it would be hard to give a good estimate accurately without seeing it - but broadly:
Watercolour (small, basic detail): £50-100
Watercolour (large, very detailed): £250-£350
Oil (small, basic detail): £250-£350
Oil (large, very detailed): £500-£1000
The prices reflect the fact that Victorian cathedral interiors are not in fashion for decorating modern homes (lucky for me). If you want to post a pic and give medium and scale I could be much more accurate. I have seen exceptional very large oil paintings by him go for a little bit more, but I'm talking 2m by 1.5m canvas oils mint and untouched in their original frames. The world record price for him for something like that is £4000 for a Milan Cathedral interior at Sothebys in 1998.
